Phase Holographics vd köper aktier, ordförande utnyttjar TO 3 för att teckna aktier (Finwire)

Medicinteknikbolaget Phase Holographics vd Patrik Eschricht har den 19 och 21 april köpt aktier i bolaget för 206 500 kronor. Han har även köpt 1 250 teckningsoptioner TO 3 som kommer att utnyttjas för att teckna aktier till ett värde av 4 725 kronor. Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Styrelseordförande Peter Egelberg och makan Ann Christine Egelberg har utnyttjat samtliga sina teckningsoptioner TO 3 för att teckna aktier i bolaget för 122 000 kronor.

Last day of trading in warrants of series TO 3 is 27 April 2023 (Cision)

Thursday, 27 April 2023, is the last day of trading in warrants of series TO 3, which were issued in connection with Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB’s (“PHI” or the “Company”) rights issue of units that was announced on 22 February 2022. The exercise period runs until and including 2 May 2023.

Each warrant of series TO 3 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in PHI at a price of SEK 3.78 per share during the exercise period that started on 11 April 2023 and runs until and including 2 May 2023.

For warrants not to expire worthless, warrant holders must subscribe for new shares, with the support of warrants, at 17:00 CEST on 2 May 2023, at the latest, alternatively sell warrants no later than on 27 April 2023.

Att insidefolk öppnar plånboken och ökar sina aktieinnehav är ett starkt signalvärde.

VD Patrik har alltså köpt ca 50 000 aktier och SO Peter m fru köper drygt 32 000 aktier.

Sista handelsdagen för TO3 är nu på torsdag. De som ännu inte tackat ja till omvandling bör göra det ganska omedelbums. Efter tisdag nästa vecka förfaller optionerna och man går då miste om möjlighet att handla aktier med bra rabatt.
