QIAGEN shoppar loss

PHI`s kompis molekylärdiagnostikbolaget QIAGEN (ReMDO) förvärvar single cell analysbolaget Parse för det facila priset av 225 milj dollares (ca +2 miljarder skr) upfront. Ytterligare 500 milj skr får de slanta upp om Parse når vissa milstolpar efter förvärvet.

And now QIAGEN show their hand with the acquisition of Parse Biosciences 
for $225M, strengthening their play in sample prep technologies – more 
specifically, delving deeper into the single-cell sequencing arena and 
supporting QIAGEN's AI-driven single-cell data offerings
